WHO ARE WE?
Freehold Child Diagnostic Center, Inc. specializes in the treatment of children, teens and adults with: ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Developmental delays, Learning Disorders, and Substance Abuse.
FCDC is a team of doctors, advanced nurse practitioners, clinicians, and staff who work together to find the best treatment for our patients' individual needs. We are here to help our patients navigate their mental health journey to find hope, support, compassion, and expertise to achieve a better quality of life.
